About Chris Goff

As a full time Real Estate Agent/Broker since 2007 I have experienced many types of markets and have helped both buyers and sellers accomplish their goal no matter the situation or market condition. I represent buyers and sellers with all types of Residential and Investment properties to include Urban & Rural Homes, Farms & Ranches, Land and Rental properties. I have a vast understanding of the the Real Estate Markets of which I serve in North Central Idaho and Eastern Washington. As a multiple time President Circle Recipient given to the top 6% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide my success has and is dependent on exceeding your expectations, I will work tirelessly trying to do so.  I am a licensed agent in ID and a licensed Broker in WA.
